Delivery

 

When will I receive my order?


It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The time frame
Shipping cost depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:


● United States: 3 – 4 business days
● Europe: 6 – 8 working days
● Australia: 2 – 14 working days
● Japan: 4 – 8 business days
● International: 10 – 20 business days


Where will my order be shipped from?


We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has
installations worldwide!

Will customs charges be added?


Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for orders
international. These fees are not our responsibility and are charged by your office
local customs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please
so check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply any duties and
taxes on your purchases.


My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?


Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in
the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Go to your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or
at your neighbor's, contact us at contact@naebulashop.com indicating
your order number.
If you have found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a
replacement order, but shipping will be at your expense.

How are your products made?


We work with a distributor of print-on-demand products. They are present in
worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and
shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently!

How can I track my order?


You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have
questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, write to us at contact@naebulashop.com.


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?


We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at contact@naebulashop.com within the next few weeks with photos of the product
damaged, your order number and any other details you may have regarding
your order.


Returns

 


What is your return policy?


We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order,
please let us know by contacting us at contact@naebulashop.com!


Do you offer refunds?


Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect items or
damaged. If you are concerned, please contact us at contact@naebulashop.com with photos of the damaged items and we will do the necessary
to reimburse you.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?


At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure of the size that suits you
fits best, check out our size guides: we have one for every item listed on
our store, in the product description section. Although this is rare, it is possible
that an item you ordered is mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know
contact@naebulashop.com within one week of receiving your
order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we
will send you a new one, or we will refund you!


Return policy

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice any problem with the products or anything else regarding the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default. When a returned package is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Incorrect address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed – Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping them to yourself.

NaebülaShop reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
