Although this is rare, it is possible<br \/>that an item you ordered is mislabeled. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.<\/p><p>If you notice any problem with the products or anything else regarding the order, please submit a problem report.<\/p><p>The return address is set by default. When a returned package is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
